1. Service operator and status
HouseCRM is currently operated under the HouseCRM trading name as a private-pilot software platform while the service is being tested prior to formal incorporation and wider commercial launch.
HouseCRM is not yet incorporated. It has no company registration number or registered office at this stage.
2. Authorised business use
House CRM is intended for separate customer estate-agency organisations and their approved staff. Each customer receives its own organisation/tenant workspace. Users must access only the organisation, branches, people, properties, connected accounts and workflows they are permitted to manage and must follow applicable law, professional obligations and their employer's policies.
3. Accounts and security
Users are responsible for keeping credentials secure, using individual accounts, completing required authentication steps and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access. Accounts must not be shared or used to circumvent permissions, approval gates or audit controls.
4. Customer content and property data
Each subscribing organisation remains responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and authority of the information and media it enters, imports or approves, including property descriptions, photographs, contact records, instructions, agency branding and regulatory information. House CRM does not centrally own customer content and does not replace professional judgement or required verification by the agency.
5. Organisation-scoped social connections and publishing
Each customer agency connects and authorises its own supported Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other third-party accounts. Users must have authority to connect each account and to approve, schedule or publish each item of content. Provider credentials, brand/media authority, publishing jobs and receipts are separated by organisation and branch where applicable; one customer may not access or publish through another customer's connection.
House CRM may help prepare automated social content, property reels or videos and platform-specific creative for the relevant agency. Publishing remains subject to that agency's permissions, approvals and enabled controls. The customer is responsible for final content, disclosures, intellectual-property permissions and compliance with the connected platform's rules. House CRM's preparation, approval or scheduling workflow does not guarantee autonomous publication or that a platform will accept or display content.
6. Third-party services
House CRM may connect, at the customer agency's direction, to services such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, email providers and property portals. Those services are independently operated and subject to their own terms, policies, review processes, availability and technical limits. Connections may be unavailable, restricted or changed by the provider, and House CRM cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party service.
7. Acceptable use
Users must not use House CRM to:
- Access another organisation's information, credentials, content or connected accounts without authority.
- Send unlawful, misleading, abusive or unsolicited communications.
- Publish content without the necessary rights, consent or business authority.
- Introduce malware, probe security controls or interfere with service operation.
- Bypass approval, privacy, recipient-eligibility or provider safety controls.
- Use the service in breach of applicable law or third-party platform rules.
8. Intellectual property
Customers retain rights they hold in their own content and data. Rights in the House CRM software, design and service materials remain with their respective owner or licensors. The precise licence granted to customers and treatment of feedback, generated outputs and third-party materials require contractual and counsel confirmation.
9. Private-pilot commercial status
HouseCRM is currently a private pilot and is not yet generally available as a paid software-as-a-service product. These terms do not introduce any active public subscription, renewal, cancellation, fee or payment terms. Any future commercial model and customer terms must be separately documented and reviewed before wider commercial launch.
10. Suspension and termination
Access may need to be restricted to protect users, data, providers or the service, respond to unlawful or prohibited use, or comply with legal obligations. Notice, data-export, termination assistance and post-termination retention provisions require alignment with the final customer contract and legal review.
11. Availability and changes
House CRM may maintain, improve or change the service. No uptime, support-response or feature-availability guarantee is made in this draft. Any binding service levels must appear in an agreed customer contract.
12. Liability — counsel review required
The allocation and limitation of liability, exclusions, indemnities and treatment of indirect or consequential loss have not been finalised. These provisions must be drafted and approved by qualified counsel for the confirmed operating entity and customer model before Production publication.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction — counsel review required
No governing law or court jurisdiction is asserted by this draft. The correct position must be confirmed from the operating entity, place of establishment and intended customer contracts.
14. Contact and changes
For legal or general enquiries, contact enquiries@housecrm.co.uk. The final legal-notice and change-notification process requires counsel confirmation before Production publication.
